Hugo Jungle Island features Hugo in a totally exciting environment, which includes new game scenarios and new characters based on new enhanced graphics design in both 2D & 3D animation and a brand new hardware platform, which makes it 100 % cartoon like.

Scylla, the wicked witch, has finally found the island of her dreams, but in order to stay beautiful, she needs Hugo's wife Hugolina. She "troll-naps" Hugolina and the troll kids Trollerit, Trollerat & Trollerut and brings them to her exotic Jungle Island.

The viewers have to help Hugo rescue his family, and with help from his new friends Jean Paul the Monkey and Fernando the Toucan confront Scylla and her evil friend Don Croco.

"Hugo Jungle" has over the years received several prestigious European TV Awards - like "The Golden Cable Award" in 1995 In Germany, "Troféu Nova Gente" in 1999 in Portugal and "Best TV Presenter of the Year" in 2000 in Ireland.
